The PC will continue their discussions on affordable housing, including Inclusionary Zoning, Planned Unit Developments, Accessory Dwelling Units, pursuing an opportunity for a Bylaw Modernization grant for affordable housing, amending the Use Chart for more flexibility of housing types, Inclusionary Zoning, and other general affordable housing zoning updates. They may also continue their discussion on signage for MMU.
