Don't miss the last Green Paws Plant Sale of the summer this Saturday, September 18th! Stop by Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society, 12 - 4PM, to peruse all the gorgeous and local offerings, including hostas, daylilies and even Christmas trees! You'll find the fantastic Kerry Banks amongst the plants underneath the willow tree on our front lawn and, as always, she's happy to help you make your selection. All plants will be priced at $5 each with 100% of the proceeds going towards the care of the animals at Lucy Mackenzie! It's been a wonderful summer of Green Paws Plant Sales, and we owe a HUGE thanks to Kerry Banks and Mark Nowlan for taking on this fundraiser with such love and commitment. To date, their efforts, combined with everybody's generous support, has raised nearly $1,500 this summer! There is still a great selection of plants prime for fall planting available, and we'd love to see everything go by 4PM on Saturday. Be sure to stop by and help support the animals in our care!
