Please join the South Hero Volunteer Fire Department, South Hero Rescue, and the Grand Isle County Sheriff Department, as we remember the citizens and First Responders who perished 20 years ago on 9/11. We will have a brief ceremony, lower the flag to half staff, and a blowing of our engine horns at 8:46 AM, the time of the first strike at the World Trade Center in New York City. All are invited to gather at the flag pole at 8:30 AM.
