If you've always wanted to learn to weld, this is your chance! North Country Career Center's Adult Education Program is offering "Introduction to Welding," a course designed for beginners. Learn skills in basic electric arc, oxy-fuel, gas metal arc, and gas tungsten arc welding processes, as well as the safety procedures required to set up and shut down welding equipment.

The class meets for four Saturdays in a row, from September 25 through October 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The $400 tuition includes the textbook, a welding helmet, and a welding jacket, all of which students keep after the course.
