7:15 p.m. Review/Approve the minutes from the Selectboard Town Plan Hearings which were held on August 30, 2021 and September 1, 2021.

Consider adoption of the 2021 Town Plan as presented during the August 30, 2021 and the September 1, 2021 Selectboard Hearings.

7:30 p.m. Conflict of Interest & Rules of Procedure discussion.

7:45 p.m. New Business

- Review/Approve Tomasi trail easement to the Town
- Consider a donation to the Racism in America Forum Series
- Receive Petition - Recall of an Elected Town Officer, schedule future special Selectboard meeting

8:10 p.m. Warrants and Minutes: Review/Approve current warrants and the Selectboard minutes from the August 26, 2021 regular meeting.

8:20 p.m. Member items, correspondence, announcements, schedule, the next regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting will be Thursday September 23, 2021.

8:30 p.m. Executive Session: 1 V.S.A. Section 313(3) The appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee. (tentative)
