Learn to taste like a coffee boss, in a cupping-style tasting you will try 4 coffees side by side and learn variations by origin, process, and tasting notes. Using the official specialty coffee flavor wheel, you'll identify new categories and branch out from commodity coffee to a wide range of tasting notes. You'll distinguish differences in aroma, flavor, body, sweetness, balance acidity, and learn about cupping scores. But most importantly taste some great coffee with some awesome people in an amazing place. Classes are open to 8 people per session. Includes 20% off retail bagged coffee.
