Sept. 2 Ward 6 NPA Meeting

Past event
Sep 2, 2021, 6:30 to 8:30 PM

Hello Neighbors:

We are pleased to announce the fall resumption of the Ward6 Neighborhood Planning Assembly meeting this upcoming Thursday September2 from 6:30-8:20pm. We are moving to a hybrid meeting model, where we will have our physical location open at the Greek Orthodox Church, 600 South Willard Street, on the corner of South Willard and Ledge Road at the rotary...as well as our online Zoom meeting (link below). We'll be wearing masks at the in-person location, and generally expect that most citizens will want to continue using Zoom at this time. Our presenters will all be online for this meeting.

We'll be featuring a constructive conversation about the impacts of ANEW Place on the neighborhood, including a discussion of the broader issue of homelessness in Burlington, the factors that contribute to homelessness, and how impacts can be mitigated in Ward 6 and other areas of the city. And of course several other topic that we expect will be of interest to our South End residents. Look forward to seeing you!
