Join Sarah Audet (Principal, Hedgehog + Fox Collaborative) and Helena Van Voorst (Executive Director, United Way of Addison County) for a panel discussion with local nonprofit professionals who know a thing or two about the HR issues facing nonprofits today. We'll be discussing recruitment and retention, how to work through challenging staffing situations, performance management, State & Federal compliance, succession planning, and hybrid/remote working policies, and more!

This webinar is hosted by the Addison County Chamber of Commerce and facilitated by Helena D. Van Voorst, Executive Director of the United Way of Addison County, and Sarah Audet, Principal, Hedgehog + Fox Collaborative, LLC.
