The Pawlett Historical Society will be holding an Ice Cream Social and a presentation, Benjamin Lincoln and the Pawlet Encampment of 1777 by Michael Barbieri. Mr. Barbieri was born in Bellows Falls, VT and now lives in Wallingford, VT. He is active in supporting the historic sites in the area, particularly Hubbardton and Mount Independence. Michael is also active in Whitcomb's Rangers, a Revolutionary War reenactment unit.

Come enjoy some ice cream and stay to learn of the Pawlet Encampment of 1777. Michael will be speaking at 2:15. The event is free and open to the public
