After a super wet July, the trail network at Slate Valley Trails needs some love! This great community resource provides outdoor recreation opportunities to locals and out of town visitors alike. Please join us to sustain these amazing trails.

The final Trailwork Takeover is coming up on Tuesday, August 24th at 5:30pm, meeting at the Fairgrounds trailhead parking (131 Town Farm Road, Poultney). We will be working to finish repairs on Big Top and Scrambler. And as a big THANK YOU to you all for the wicked awesome volunteer turnout throughout the series, our friends at Ranch Camp will be bringing burritos and bevvies!

If you plan to attend, please RVSP to info@slatevalleytrails.org BY THIS SUNDAY evening so we can be sure to have enough refreshments for all.

Tools provided, but if you have your own sledge hammers (large and/or small), please bring them. Also bring: safety glasses, work gloves, water, and wear sturdy footwear. Expect to hike in varying terrain for at least 3 miles round-trip.
