Items for swapping might include things like (but not limited to):
-Fruits & veggies from your gardens
-Preserves and ferments (sauerkraut, jam, etc.)
-Baked goods
-Maple syrup or honey
-Homemade cheese, yogurt, butter
-Dried herbs, tinctures, or salves
-Flowers, fibers, seeds, & crafts would all be fun swapping items

*Seed-Saving Workshop*
Toni Kessler from West River Seeds will be demonstrating threshing and winnowing of dry vegetable, herb, and flower seeds. She will also show how to save seed from tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers and other fruits.
