The Sheldon Museum and St. Stephen's Church present an Organ Concert at the church to commemorate Henry Sheldon's 200th anniversary. Musical selections are inspired by the 1882 and 1892 concerts arranged by Henry Sheldon, organist at the time. George Matthew Jr. , organist, and Middlebury College Choir singers, led by Ronnie Romano, will perform the selections, featuring the St. Stephen's Johnson organ playing ten hymns composed by Henry Sheldon.
The Sheldon Museum will be open at 6 PM for a pre-concert Reception and an opportunity to explore the exhibition "Henry at 200: Collector, Museum Founder and More." Please register in advance at 388-2117 or online. The event is free & open to the public,. Donations welcome
