Just wanted to remind folks that every Monday from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, NAMI Vermont sponsors an online mental health support Connections support group -- peer-led and peer-facilitated. If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, or any other mental health condition, you are more than welcome to come attend the sessions. There is no fee and no one will attempt to sell you anything.
