Tai chi is a graceful form of exercise used for stress reduction, health, and relaxation. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi is the connection of your individual energy to the universal energy through a series of flowing movements. Moving gently and letting go of your blocks allows Chi, or energy, to flow promoting serenity.

Join us under the Pavilion to flow in the fresh air with your instructor Bo-Yee (bo-yeepoon@hotmail.com).

Sunday morning
60-minute class starting at 11:00-12:00

Bring your yoga mat, towel, and water bottle

Classes are by donation

Proceeds will be donated to Grand Isle Free Library
