At its upcoming meeting on August 12 at 6:30pm, the Essex Planning Commission will review an application for development in your neighborhood.
Richard Jenny has proposed a 3-lot subdivision of a 33-acre vacant parcel at 44 Brigham Hill Lane in the Conservation (C1) zoning district. Each new lot would accommodate a single-unit dwelling.
