COVID Mental Health Program
at the Castleton Free Library

Castleton Free Library is pleased to host Loree Zeif, Director of Emergency Services at the Community Care Network/ Rutland Mental Health. She will be doing a short presentation of some of the challenges we face (from a metal health point of view) as we live with COVID. There will be a casual discussion and a Question and Answer session after the presentation.
Some of the topics that will be covered include:
- Challenges/feelings facing people as we are trying to emerge from Covid
- Challenges/feelings that may require intervention (ie: when it may be appropriate to consult a therapist/doctor)
- Languishing vs. Flourishing
- Self Care and strategies to overcome some challenges
