Up for discussion at this week's Planning Commission meeting are two sketch plan (preliminary) reviews:

- A single-lot subdivision amendment for a previously approved residential lot at 1033 Converse Bay Rd.
- A 2-lot subdivision amendment for a previously approved 4-lot subdivision at Fat Cow Farm Circle.

We will also be discussing planning roles of our new Planning & Zoning Assistant, who starts work this week, review & approve minutes from past meetings, and a few other items. The public is invited.
