Freddi Shehadi kicks off Pawlet Library Concert Series,

The Pawlet Public Library announces its 2021 Coffee House Concert Series featuring well-known, award-winning musicians and composers, and an open mic opportunity.
Freddi Shehadi & friends headline the first concert on Sat., Aug. 14, 7:00-9:00 p.m. Shehadi is an Emmy Award/Mobius Award-winning guitarist/composer and producer. He began is musical career in the early 80s in New York City and quickly ascended to writing and producing music for pop music artists, movies, and television. His work at NBC and The Today Show earned him a Mobius Award, Golden Eagle Award, and a New York Festivals Award.
On Sat., Oct. 30, 7:00-9:00 p.m., film and TV composer Mason Daring, and premier vocalist Jeanie Stahl perform together, celebrating over 40 years of musical collaboration in their first Vermont appearance.
On Sat., Nov. 27, 7:00-9:00 p.m. it's Open Mic night for anyone who sings or plays music.
On Sun., Dec. 12, 2:00-3:00 p.m. Vermont Symphony Orchestra's principal cellist John Dunlop performs the final concert of the season.
All concerts will be held in the restored Pawlet Town Hall Auditorium, 122 School Street, across the street from the Pawlet Public Library. Advance tickets ($5 per person) are now available for purchase online at http://ww.pawletpubliclibrary.wordpress.com or at the library. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
