We welcome the community to the Morrisville Community Garden's Open House – Wednesday, August 4 between 5-7:30pm at Oxbow Park. In conjunction with Wednesday Night Live, we invite you to take a look around, see what we're growing, learn about pests that challenge us, and check out many ways to support tomato plants, among other things. We especially welcome folks from other towns who might be considering a community garden.

6:00-6:45pm: Brian Norder, community gardener and semi-retired food processing consultant, will give tips on easy and non-intimidating ways to preserve your crop, including water bath and pressure canning, freezing, drying, quick pickling, fermentation and a few other tricks.
