We want to call you our neighbor! Apple Island Resort on scenic Lake Champlain is a beautiful place to call home 6 months out of the year. Friends are found only footsteps away and memories are made that last a lifetime. Our residents enjoy golfing, quick access to their boats at the marina, the convenience of an on-site general store, fun events and activities, exercising in the fitness center, taking in the view of the lake while they relax in our heated pool, and gathering in the community center or around the fire to laugh and reminisce.

Visitors are asked to please stop at the pop up tent near the Resort Office upon arrival to receive our resort "treasure map" that will have the Cottages for sale highlighted. You can park and walk the grounds or drive from location to location. Each visitor will be provided a voucher for a complementary coffee at our recently refurbished General Store. We look forward to seeing you!
