Past event
Jul 28, 2021, 5:30 to 6:30 PM

The Rich Earth Institute is hosting a free workshop in their demonstration garden to teach home gardeners about the benefits of reclaiming human urine as a fertilizer. Urine contains all of the vital nutrients that plants need to thrive! Reclaiming it as a fertilizer can help prevent downstream nutrient pollution and support local food systems. Learn all this and more as we fertilize our garden with nutrients from our treasured Brattleboro urine donors. Snacks will be provided.

Location: Rich Earth Institute, 355 Old Ferry Road, Brattleboro, VT 05301
Time: Wednesday July 28, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
COVID protocol: Please wear a mask if unvaccinated.
