Warning - Special Town Meeting 2021

The legal voters of the Town of Albany are hereby notified and warned to meet at the Albany Town Hall on Monday, August 23, A.D. 2021 at 7:00 P.M. to act on the following articles to wit:

Art. 1 - To see if the voters of the Town of Albany want to replace or repair the Larabee Hill Road Culvert.

Art. 2 - To see if the voters of the Town of Albany will raise a sum not to exceed $140,000.00 for the purpose of replacement of the Larabee Hill Culvert.
Said amount would be raised over a 5-year period.

Art. 3 - To see if the voters of the Town of Albany will raise a sum not to exceed $50,000.00 for the purpose of repair to the Larabee Hill Culvert.
Possible State Grant to cover some of the cost of repair.

Art. 4 - To see if the Town Select Board will award the Larabee Hill Culvert Repair or Replacement to the lowest bidder.

Art. 5 - To Adjourn.
