Most of us, if we find ourselves in Court, will likely be in Family Court. Family Courts deal with the nitty-gritty intimate private matters in our lives - divorce, custody, child support, abuse, guardianship, inheritance, wealth and poverty, sexuality, issues of sickness and health, romance and broken dreams, life and death. When these human issues reach the need for legal adjudication, people find themselves in Family Courts. Join Judge Susan Fowler, former Judge of the Chittenden Probate Court and Sandy Baird, Esq., a long-time Attorney in the Family Court as they speak of the Courts which hope to assist us in the most difficult moments in our lives. We welcome community discussion and questions.
