Hi Neighbors!
Champlain Housing Trust is working with Juniper Creative Arts, a Black and Dominican family art collective, to create a large community mural on the Old North End Community Center.
Everyone is invited to contribute to the artwork at a Community Paint Day Saturday July 31st from 12:00-3:00 at the Old North End Community Center (20 Allen St). This event coincides with the Ramble & ONE World Market so there will be lots of festivities! Juniper Creative Arts painted the mural "Kelis the Afronaut" on Champlain Elementary school and this new mural will be the latest addition to their Afro-Pollinator series.
Will you help spread the word about this co-created community mural? Fundraising is also happening and Champlain Housing Trust is matching donations dollar for dollar up to $15,000! Please like and share and do whatever you can to promote this great project!

Want to volunteer? Help with setup, breakdown, and assisting the artists with the community paint tables where people will be painting their own shape to be worked into the mural. If you are available on July 31st, please email Addie Livingston at Champlain Housing Trust: addie.livingston@champlainhousingtrust.org.
Thank you!
