There was a great turnout of concerned citizens at the last Planning Commission Meeting (5/1/14) and there was much discussion about whether or not the Planning Commission listens to public input. The best chance for public input continues to be enacting changes to the Village Land Use code and that process continues this coming Thursday. Note that complaining about the scale of proposed buildings during the "Audience for Visitors" at the last meeting didn't change the Land Use code - the actual work of changing the Land Use code didn't start until most people left the meeting. Fortunately, the meeting was adjourned so there is another chance for public input - please come and make the most of it!
