If you can come to Waterbury before the NQID parade, please stop by the Senior Center on Stowe street between 2 and 4 pm.
You can see the remodeled Center and meet some of the staff and board. We will be serving hot dogs and cold drinks.
We will be holding a silent auction with hundreds of dollars of items donated by local businesses and other Senior Center supporters. You will have an opportunity to dine at many Waterbury area restaurants, shop at local stores and purchase numerous very nice items. We are extremely grateful to our generous supporters who have made this auction possible. Please show them your support by bidding on items they have provided.
After the Covid closure, we have reopened for lunches at the Center on Wednesdays. We are gradually working toward providing lunches Monday thru Friday and increasing activities for our seniors and other friends. During Covid we continued to deliver meals to our constituents in Waterbury, Duxbury, Moretown, Middlesex and Bolton. You can view our menu of nutritious lunches on our website: wasca.org Please support your Senior Center. We are a valuable community resource providing services to an under served and often lonely segment of our community.
