Peacham Post Office will hold a meeting to answer questions and provide additional information about the Post Offices POST Plan. From the Post Office's letter that accompanied a survey that was to be sent to Peacham residents / PO Box holders -- "At the local meeting, local management will share the results of the survey, answer questions, and solicit input regarding the time of day the Post Office will be open. Although survey results will be known and shared, the Postal Service will not make a final decision regarding this office until after the public meeting. This will enable the Postal Service to obtain all community input and opinions, from both the surveys and the meeting, before make a final decision."
It is crucial to the health and welfare of our Post Office to have as many people as possible at this meeting so that the Post Office management will have a better sense of the importance of the Post Office in our community. Please attend the meeting at 4:30 on Tuesday May 6 to voice your thoughts.
