Roll Your Groceries Home
Have you thought about taking a walk and getting your groceries in a single trip?
Walk to Shop, a project that encourages more people to walk more often, will demonstrate a spiffy, sturdy and lightweight trolley tomorrow, Friday, July 9th from 12 PM to 3:00 PM at Healthy Living, Dorset Street in So. Burlington.
Take the Rolser trolley for "a test drive" -- if you like it, you can buy one on the spot! They retail for about $80 and are available to you for only $35.00! See how easily it carries up to 40 pounds of items with little effort. It rolls along smoothly and is much easier than carrying heavy bags of groceries home.
Fun facts: Did you know that most people in South Burlington live within 1,500 steps from their favorite market, shop and services? That's about a 15-minute walk. Everyone could walk more! Enjoy the many benefits that Walk to Shop offers.
The trolley can be used for other uses: getting laundry to the laundromat, going to the beach for a picnic, and gardening too. Discover the easy way to carry your groceries, Friday from 12 - 3 p.m. at Healthy Living on Dorset Street.
