I am facilitating two online reading groups that folks might be interested in. Feel free to peruse the registration pages, and share them with anyone you think might be interested. These both promise to be multicultural experiences; I already have folks signed up from across the US and at least three other countries.
The first group starts this Sunday, and reads Robin Wall Kimmerer's beautiful book Braiding Sweetgrass, which explores how indigenous understandings can complement science in its task of discerning how to navigate our changing world. The second group starts on July 24 and reads journalist David Neiwert's timely book Red Pill Blue Pill: How to Counteract the Conspiracy Theories that are Killing Us. This book investigates the history and consequences of conspiracy ideologies, including Q-Anon.
