The Felker For Ward 3 Campaign has announced the first of four scheduled Community Listening Sessions to be held at the Old North End Community Center. These community outreach sessions are intended to bring all Burlingtonians together to provide multiple vantage points to address the issues & obstacles facing our community and to formulate & forge a fair, compassionate & equitable path forward.
These sessions are open to all burlingtonians, the New Americans community, stakeholders & local nonprofits.
The first Community Outreach session will focus on urgent issue of homelessness in our community- the impacts on individuals experiencing homelessness, the obstacles to obtaining safe & secure house, accessibility to food & medical care.
We warmly welcome all who are interested in participating to attend and to share their experiences.
The Felker campaign is committed to working together within this community to craft substantive solutions to the issues that have plagued this city for too long.
