There are lots of great events and programs happening this summer for children and families!
This summer, rather than setting summer reading goals, we've got 2 BINGO challenges. One is for independent readers, the other for families to use together. Each participant who tries a challenge on the card will get a small prize, and for every BINGO, will be entered in drawings for bigger prizes too. Pick up a BINGO sheet at the Lanpher Library, or print one out from our website: https://www.lanpherlibrary.org/childrens-corner.html

We'll resume our weekly Wednesday morning Story Time programs at 10:00 beginning July 7th.
Night Owl Story Time will resume weekly beginning July 12th at 6:00.

Monday, July 19th at the Hyde Park Opera House lawn, the Lamoille County Players production of Annie has agreed to give us a "sneak peek" of their show! Join us there to get a taste of the performance.

Wednesday, July 21st at 10:00 at the Lanpher Library, we are SO excited to be part of the Children's Literacy Foundation's Summer Readers event with Vermont Author NATALIE KINSEY! Each child who attends will get to choose 2 free books to keep.

Wednesday, July 28that 10:00 at the Lanpher Library, Junior Naturalist Program with Stacey from the Lamoille Nature Center. Learn about Azban, the mischievous trickster raccoon of Abenaki animal tales, AND more about the raccoons who are our Vermont wildlife neighbors.

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 18th at 1:00 when Vermont's own Butterfly Guy, Jerry Schneider will join us to talk about pollinators and for a fun tshirt activity. Bring your own plain white t, choose from a selection we'll have here, or buy one from Jerry for $4.
