Join Miss Joanne from the Goodrich Memorial Library for stories and songs every Thursday morning at 10:30 at the Gazebo in Gardner Park in Newport. This free program is geared for children up to age 8 but all are welcome. This week (July 8) children will receive a free packet of activities from PBS. After, everyone 18 and under can receive a free meal from the Lunch Box which is parked near the gazebo. Adults may purchase a meal for $8.00.
