Dear neighbors,

Due to a technical issue resulting from a power outage this past Monday, we are rescheduling last week's MRUUSD Board Community Conversation for THIS WEEK on Monday, June 28th at 6:30pm! Thank you all for your understanding and your flexibility. We have been in touch with all attendees from last week's meeting to ensure that they are also aware of the date change.

This is an opportunity to join fellow community members and a few board members and ask things you've been wondering about, clear up misunderstandings, or share concerns. The session will be about one hour long and all members of the Mill River Schools Community are welcome – residents and business owners in Clarendon, Shrewsbury, Tinmouth, and Wallingford, district employees, students, and their families and caregivers.

There is no set theme or subject, but we will do our best to answer all questions brought and take notes that will be shared with other interested community members via the Mill River Schools website. If we don't know the answer we will look into it or connect you to someone who would be a better source of the information you seek. This month, we are seeking Transportation feedback as we look ahead to the 2021-22 school year.

This is not a meeting for board members to undertake or propose any board actions and as such is not subject to Open Meeting Law, but we do intend for all information to be publicly shared and for all members of the public to feel welcome. If attendance becomes too high as allows for a comfortable informal discussion, we will consider adding a second monthly session.
