Meditation at the Museum

Gather with intention for a morning of guided meditation on Rokeby's pastoral property. Work will center on sensory awareness, self-healing exercises, and walking meditation. Reading excerpts from the work of Rokeby historic resident and conservationist, Rowland Evans Robinson. Family-friendly event ages 8 and up, no previous meditation experience required.

Cost: $5/adults; $4/children 8+; (fee includes museum admission after the activity)
