Gather with intention for a morning of guided meditation on Rokeby Museum's pastoral property (Rt. 7, Ferrisburgh). Work will center on sensory awareness, self-healing exercises, and walking meditation. Reading excerpts from the work of Rokeby historic resident and conservationist, Rowland Evans Robinson. Family-friendly event ages 8 and up, no previous meditation experience required.
