Meditation at the Museum
June 27, 9am - 10pm

In the event of rain this will be scheduled for a later date.).BYO water and blanket or mat Gather with intention for a morning of guided meditation on Rokeby's pastoral property. Work will center on sensory awareness, self-healing exercises, and walking meditation. Reading excerpts from the work of Rokeby historic resident and conservationist, Rowland Evans Robinson. Family-friendly event ages 8 and up, no previous meditation experience required.Cost: $5/adults; $4/children 8+; (fee includes museum admission after the activity)
