Written comments for Selectboard consideration may be submitted until noon, May 15, 2014 via mail (Huntington Selectboard, 4930 Main Road, Huntington, VT 05462) or via email (townhunt@gmavt.net).
7:15 pm — Public Comment – 10 minutes
7:25 pm — Highway Department – 15 minutes (Bridge 8 on Main Road just south of Moody Road - determine which repair/replacement alternative to request VTrans develop conceptual plans; Mailbox replacement research update; General updates)
7:40 pm — Committees-Boards-Commissions: Liaison, Requests/Reports/Updates & Structure – 45 minutes (Town Hall Committee roof replacement grant; Planning Commission Items—Town Plan written comment deadline is noon on May 15 / Selectboard will vote on Town Plan May 19; Public Hearing regarding moving from a PC/ZBA structure to a PC/DRB structure on May 19 @ 6:30pm @ Church Annex; Finance Sub-Committee update & request for appointment; Retreat/Strategic Planning Sub-Committee – next steps; Conservation commission to meet with Selectboard on 5/19 to review draft scoring matrix & proposed changes to application process; Energy Committee update; General updates)
8:25 pm — Minutes (04/28) and Warrants – 5 minutes
8:30 pm — Chittenden Solid Waste District Budget Review/Endorsement – 15 minutes (Tom Morreau, CSWD Executive Director will present proposed FY2015 budget for Selectboard vote)
8:45 pm — General Administration & Planning – 10 minutes (Correspondence; General updates; Other / New business)
8:55 pm — Wrap-up
