Learn a new creative skill and support Bethel's Community Teaching Garden on Saturday June 26th from 10-12. In this free workshop you will create and print a garden vegetable using a woodblock technique but with easy to cut materials that make it adaptable for anyone over 8 in a family group ( because sharp tools are required.) You will be able to take home several prints and donate some to the community garden as well - multiple copies are one of the delights of printmaking. These prints will be used on signage for the Betel Community Teaching Garden helping it further its vision of being a creative community resource. The workshop will be held under the Bethel Recreation Center shelter built for Scott Killian and taught by Rebbie Carleton and Annie Downey.
Please let us know if you plan on coming so we can have enough supplies on hand for the workshop. If you have more questions please email or call Rebbie at rcarleton@orangesouthwest.org or 802-299-9966
We hope to see you at the Garden on Saturday, June 26. Thank you for being part of our community!
