As the world emerges from the shroud of Covid, I am delighted to announce that in person music lessons are once again nothing to be afraid of, (unless you didn't practice your lesson for the week - then they're still pretty scary). Stowe Music Center has obviously been shuttered but the creative juices never stopped flowing. Writing/recording/ and safely performing during the pandemic has been possible thanks to the people at Stowe Vibrancy, Round Hearth Cafe, and all of the patrons and jazz music lovers who came to one of the many 'Jazz Brunches' at Round Hearth and gigs at Plate of the newly formed "Vermont Jazz Trio". This group features young pianist Remi Savard on piano, Jeremy Hill on bass and yours truly on percussion.
