Walk to Shop Demonstration

Imagine taking your daily walk and getting your groceries at the same time. It's easier than you may think. Walk to Shop is a local project designed to get more people walking more often, including you!

Project coordinators Stu and Phil will be demonstrating a spiffy, sturdy and lightweight trolley from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, June 18th at the Ethan Allen Shopping Center (on the green across from the Bagel Cafe & Deli). Stop by to try out the amazing little trolley that can carry up to 40 pounds with little effort. It rolls along smoothly and eliminates the tedium and potential risk of injury from carrying armloads of groceries.

Enjoy the many benefits: a healthy dose of exercise, fewer trips to the gas pump and best of all, your back will be forever grateful!

Take the Rolser trolley for "a test drive". If you like it, you can buy one on the spot. They retail for about $79.99—available to you for only $35.00! What's the catch? All we ask is you commit to walk to the grocery store at least once a week and complete a brief survey in a few weeks' time.

Use the trolley for all sorts of tasks: getting laundry to the laundromat, going to the park for a picnic, gardening . . .
