Basics of Meditation with Charlie Nardozzi - 4 Week Series

Would you like to have more time for yourself? Have more energy? Be happier, more flexible and move through the world with greater ease? Meditation can give you all of this and more! This ancient technique is simple to learn and practice and only 5 minutes of meditation a day will provide beneficial effects. Learn to meditate with Charlie as we explore the various styles using breathing, music, and visualization to direct our minds to a peace that is your true nature. No experience necessary and experienced meditators welcome as well.
