"Knot in Hyde Park" is planning a Japanese Knotweed Outreach, Education and Demonstration event for Saturday June 26, from 10 A.M. to 12 noon on the Rail Trail where the Trail runs close to Black Farm Road at the guardrail (Black Farm Rd. is just opposite Lamoille Union Highschool off of Route 15). If you'd like to help by pulling and stacking Knotweed stalks, or by handing out an informational leaflet or directing Rail Trail traffic, please get in touch with me. Otherwise, perhaps take a walk or a ride on the Trail on Saturday morning -- stop by to see what we're up to and how we're planning to stop Knotweed from over-running our beautiful Hyde Park.
