Three public hearings are on tap for this week's meeting of the Planning Commission, starting at 6:45 p.m. (please note earlier start time):

1) The Charlotte Family Health Center returns for a re-opened public hearing on their application for a new Health Care office facility at 251 Ferry Rd. (@ 6:50 p.m)

2) The VT Commons School - Final Plan review for proposed outdoor education campus at 2369 Spear St. (at 7:10 p.m.)

3) Marble-Winn-Clark - Final Plan review for proposed major (4-lot) subdivision at 3411 Spear St. (at 8:00 p.m.)
