Over the winter the Daughters of the American Revolution Chapter [DAR] have been coordinating a cemetery restoration for the Hardwick Center Cemetery located off Shepard Lane at the top of Bridgman Hill Rd. This cemetery contains patriots from the Revolutionary War thru WW2. The restoration will include cleaning stones, repair stones that are broken, straightening stones and grooming the landscape. Volunteers are needed, come when you can, lunch provided by the American Legion Aux. Post #7. All are welcome, bring chair, working gloves, tasks are available for all capabilities.
