In collaboration with Hey StJ! #Getdowntown, I am excited to announce an art-walk showcasing local artists! StJ Art on the Street's summer artists are set up in storefronts along Eastern Avenue. Meet Cecelia Kane outside Northern Express Care from noon-1pm. The NEK Artisans Guild will have the Backroom Gallery artists on-site for the final day of the group show. Harlan Mack will be at Whirligig Brewing from noon-1pm. Learn about how he incorporates blacksmithing and painting! Larry Golden will be painting plein air at Depot Square park. What will the subject be? Come find out! Along Eastern Avenue, enjoy Nick Piliero's wild and wonderful paintings, and Crystal Matthew's fantastical paintings and poetry. A wonderful group show celebrating multiple aspects of Community is on view at Cosmic Cup Cafe, and the Athenaeum's gallery will be open from 10am-3pm. Free admission!
