Smoked Pork BBQ Sandwiches - Slow-smoked Vermont-raised pulled pork with apple slaw, pickles, and our BBQ sauce. Comes with two sides. $9 or $12

Pork Ribs - A third of a rack of St. Louis cut pork spare ribs glazed with our sauce. Comes with two sides. $15

Smoked Eggplant BBQ Sandwiches - Smoked slices of eggplant with apple slaw, pickles, and our BBQ sauce. Comes with two sides. $8 or $11

Jambalaya with Whole Crawfish - The New Orleans rice dish of organic chicken and sausage simmered with rice and spices and topped with whole shell-on crawfish. Comes with two sides. $10 or $13
