Can composting be fun? Yes, it can according to John Malter. And he's going to tell you why at the Waterbury Public Library's upcoming workshop "Backyard Composting" on Saturday, June 12th in the Steele Room. John is associated with the Mad River Resource Management Alliance (MRRMA) and is passionate about composting.

Can a composting workshop be fun? Yes, if it is led by John Malter!

Saturday, June 12th from 10-11:30 AM in the Waterbury Municipality's Steele Room.

(*Covid Restrictions apply: 25 people maximum with 6' distancing and masks required.)

By coming to the workshop, you are eligible to purchase a Soil Saver Compost Bin for only $45.00. Interested in processing meat or bones at home? Inquire about Green Cones- special price for participants.
