Hi there,
This is just a note to reminding you that our cardio group is now up and running, and our first group was quite enthusiastic and FUN. There were 8 of us, and we'd love to have more friends join us!
If you can come, we will be meeting on Saturday mornings at the Pavillion, next to the American Legion Club on Airport Rd. at 9:30 - 10:30. Bring water, comfy shoes....AND your sense of humor, as we all smiled and laughed A  LOT, and I believe you will too!
