June 5th Karan Casey Virtual Ripton Benefit Concert
We are thrilled and honored to present Karan Casey in a Ripton Community Coffee House virtual concert Saturday June 5th at 7:30 pm.
Part of the proceeds of this show will benefit the coffee house so we can continue to bring you live and virtual concerts as we roll into our 26th year!
We first became fans of Karan Casey when she was in the Irish supergroup Solas and remember so many wonderful concerts over the years.
Karan Casey has long been recognized as one of the most innovative, provocative and imitated voices in Irish traditional and folk music. Singing songs charged with a sense of social responsibility in a career spanning over 25 years, she has released 7 solo albums as well as an album for children, a duet album with John Doyle and numerous contributions to other artist's projects.
