We would like to invite everyone to join the Development Review Board meeting on Wednesday June 2nd 6pm on ZOOM regarding the upcoming proposed shoreland construction by LCT. The proposed project includes a 38,750 sqft building and 2 acres of impervious surface within the source protection area of one of the town's drinking water intakes. LCT will have a hazardous waste expert there to answer your questions. Proposed development includes automotive maintenance/repair of their vehicle fleet, as well as welding, electrical shop, mechanical shop, wood shop, sandblasting, and a painting booth. You don't need to have an opinion on the development in order to learn more by attending the hearing.
